[Operation Method]
Before the experiment, the testing reagents, samples, and buffer solutions need to be equilibrated to room temperature (15-30 ℃).
1. Sample collection: Collect ear tissue from cows of any age, recommended tissue size: small pieces
Ear tissue ≥ 2mm or large ear tissue ≥ 1cm. Do not let the sample drop at room temperature
Set for too long. Ear tissue samples can be stored at 2-8 ℃ for 7 days. If you want to store it for a long time
The sample should be stored at -20 ℃.
2. Remove the test board from the aluminum foil bag and try to use it within one hour.
3. Place the test board on a clean and flat surface. Inserting ear tissue samples into conjoined bodies
In the extraction tube, if it is small ear tissue, add 8 drops of buffer: if it is large
Block the ear tissue, add 16 drops of buffer, shake and mix to soak the ear tissue in a slow

4. Read the result after 10 minutes, the result is invalid after 20 minutes.
【 Result determination 】
Positive: Within the observation window, both the detection line area (T) and the control line area (C) appear simultaneously
The purple red line, regardless of the color appearing in the detection line area (T), is dark or light.
Negative: Within the observation window, only a purple red line appears in the control line area (C).
Invalid: Within the observation window, neither the control line area (C) nor the detection line area (T) appear
Color lines; Or only color lines appear in the detection line area (T).
